*This is a great way to begin banking money toward the 2011-2012 school year expenses for uniforms! Also can be banked toward trip expenses or all-state fees! If you have outstanding balances, then this can also help go toward those expenses! This is the last student fundraiser for the 2010 year! * *Hamilton HS Music Boosters* *Supporting Instrumental Music Programs* |

Tuesday the 19th at 6:30 pm is our October Booster Meeting! The agenda will include:
- Gold Canyon Candle Fundraiser Kick-off - this is our last student fundraiser of the 2010 year. Since our wonderful representative is donating the fund raising materials, 100% of the students sales profits will go into their student account again! These are great Christmas gifts, so come and get your order forms! All instrumental music groups can participate!
- Treasury Report
- ABODA State Marching Band Festival - Get a map lay-out of the event, find out what to wear, where to check in! We still need volunteers for almost all areas! With you the festival will be a success! Volunteer hours available for anyone who wants/needs them!
- If you can lend a tent, let us know! Festival ad space is still available!
- Fees - Get caught up on payment obligations. Orchestra initial payment is due; Marching Band fees are now past due. If you want to transfer funds from student accounts toward these expenses, you may do so at this meeting as well!
Our meeting will only last an hour, so be on time! :)
SMBF Committee meeting will begin at 7:35 pm on the 19th. Please be prepared to share updates on tasks assigned during our last meeting and how many additional volunteers you need for your departments!
See you there!
